Manage & Export Parcel Search Results
                
                
                    
                    Sort, analyze and export your parcel search results—create mailing lists, shapefiles or custom layers, and save searches for later.
                    Use the guide below to master the results grid and export tools.
                 
                
                
                    
                        
                        
1. View & Navigate Results
                    
                    
                        - The grid displays 100 parcels per page. Use page buttons at bottom-left to move through results (e.g. "1 of 5 of 465").
- Click any Property Details link to open the printable parcel report with ownership, sales, zoning and map layer stats.
- Choose Zoom To on a parcel of interest to jump to its location on the map for further analysis.
 
                
                
                    
                        
                        
2. Sort & Customize Columns
                    
                    
                        - Click the gray taskbar at the top of the grid to reveal the column drop-down.
- Select any header to sort ascending / descending (e.g. Acreage, Last Sale Amount).
- Toggle columns on/off to focus on the data that matters.
 
                
                
                    
                        
                        
3. Export Your Results
                    
                    
                        - Export Records – save all fields (owner, acreage, sales etc.) to Excel or Text (limited to 100 lines per page).
- Export Mailer – output just owner name, mailing & site addresses for direct-mail campaigns.
- Export Polygons – download parcel geometry as SHP, KML or DXF for use in CAD/GIS software.
 
                
                
                    
                        
                        
4. Save & Reload Searches
                    
                    
                        - Click Save Search Results, give it a memorable name, and confirm.
- Return any time to Load Saved Search and pick from the drop-down.
 
                
                
                    
                        
                        
5. Create a Custom Boundary Layer
                    
                    Turn your result set into a map layer for ongoing analysis.
                    
                        - Select Add to Custom Layer; choose Add to Custom Boundary.
- Name the boundary and choose a category. All parcels are merged and highlighted on the map.
- Edit notes or track progress just like any other custom boundary.
